Campbell Scientific has launched its new, cloud-based software service, CampbellCloud, at the expo. The solution is built using modern cloud architecture, making it secure and resilient.
When designing CampbellCloud, the company listened to its users and focused on the core features clients want, delivering these within a modern UI that’s simple to navigate and instantly becomes familiar as you navigate between applications.
Users can remotely access and manage their environmental monitoring networks; view real-time data; analyze historical data; compare data across networks; and configure dashboard visualizations, data alerts and data exports to suit specific operational requirements. CampbellCloud also provides secure data storage, high availability, automated communications monitoring and API integration capabilities, all delivered within a scalable solution that can expand to meet an organization’s evolving data requirements.
In the future, CampbellReach and CampbellFlow technologies will be integrated into CampbellCloud, enabling users to create custom components that can be deployed within event-driven workflows to perform various tasks such as custom QA/QC. CampbellCloud will also deliver best-in-class data provenance, metadata management capabilities and flexible data transformation tools. All of this will position CampbellCloud as a preferred solution for organizations managing meteorological and hydrological networks – whether single-station sites, IoT networks, or large, permanent surface observation networks.
David Hammond, Campbell Scientific’s product manager, said, “Meteorological Technology World Expo is always a highlight on the exhibition calendar. This year, it’s a great opportunity to show our clients and the wider meteorological community our new CampbellCloud software service we’re launching here, demonstrate some of its upcoming features and gather insights from industry experts. Attending the show is always a great opportunity to meet other colleagues and keep abreast of new technologies launched at the expo.”
The expo still has two days left to run (September 25 and 26) so click here to book your free entry pass to see CampbellCloud – and lots more – in action.
